Description

Only 54 units made. Market price USD$22,500 (http://www.hk94.com/hk/topic/25175-hk-vp70m/)

I collect HK firearms, this is one of my most collectable toys --- HK VP70 with stock (or VP70M).

The first polymer-framed pistol in the world (sorry, not the Glock. it predates the Glock 17 by 12 years.)

With the stock, will make this pistol a SMG with cyclic rate of 2,200 rounds per minute (very very fast!!!!)

Exactly same as the one in the link below:

http://www.hk94.com/hk/topic/25175-hk-vp70m/

Market price at USD$22,500.

Normal VP70 (VP70Z) are very cheap. but the VP70 with stock are very collectable. Only 54 units made.

* Everything (even the box) in brand new condition
* Comes with the stock/holster, 2x Mag, Slings
* Comes with the original box, even the original paper used to wrap the box as in the photo
* Comes with the manual (not original one. This VP70 never come with any manual)
* Comes with a brand new HK Genuine Leather Custom Hand Made holster

Pistol is Semi-Auto, so could be B-Cat, but if with the stock installed (no SN on stock anyway), it will has to be C-Cat. Please talk to your local Firearm Officer. The pistol is currently registered under C-Cat.

Honestly, not sure how much it worth today. USD$22,500 is the only number I could find today. And from my memory, another one I know was sold in an auction for 6,000Pound in UK 6 Years ago.
Buy now price is based on USD$22,500. Starting price is based on 6,000Pound

A used one sold for USD$12,650 in an auction on 6th May 2017. see below

Question from merchant15 (3)
Dont worry, at 30,000 buy now you'll be able to hold it for another 20 years! Have a good one.
Answer
Happy to keep it
Question from merchant15 (3)
Alright the nz market and us market are the same, oh wait. Doesn't the US have a machine gun ban where only machineguns registered prior to the ban are transferrable? Maybe that has something to do with inflation of resale for burst fire weapons? Compare the resale of Thompson machine guns between the two countries in NZ 4500, in the US 30000. But dont take my word for it just have a look at the length of time you've been relisting this for without so much as a nibble. Oh and one last thing, the vp70 you claim had a "broken stock," had one plastic hinge broken on the buttplate. Easily replaceable.
Answer
I don't mind to hold it for another 20 years. Thanks
Question from merchant15 (3)
Wow. You are completely right. It is much more relevant to look at the US market than the NZ one, so sorry for bothering you. The US value of guns is clearly far more relevant here, you are clearly a genius and I must humbly apologize for bothering you.
Answer
most of our firearms are imported. The international market is what we need to watch as a collector. my sell price is related to the buyback price. If I can buy it back for $10K, I'm happy to sell it for $9K-11K. In NZ, you can not find another one in similar condition. in the last 10 years, I could not find another form international market. that one in the auction for 7000 had broken stock. but still good price. but as a damaged/broken unit, it does not have much collectable value to me.
Question from merchant15 (3)
One sold at carvells for 7500 2-3 auctions ago mate if you're looking for input on where the nz market is at.
Answer
